As long as the pitching holds up.....Starting pitching has been mostly ok and the bullpen has been light's out...JMHO... 8-)

I agree. I thought the hitting might be okay and with Hayes coming back soon, it should be at least average. But the pitching looked like a nightmare coming in. Anderson and Brubaker are the keys because we didn't expect them to be good.

A good bullpen can win you a lot of games and we have seen that early. Stratton has been a disappointment but everyone else has been positive.

Brault replacing Cahill will be an improvement.
The big if is Mitch Keller.

Take Keller out of the rotation. Put Yajure in for a couple starts.

I have no idea what is going on with Keller. He had 5 starts last year. He didn't give up a hit in either of his last 2 starts last year. 11 ip 0 hits 10 walks. He was looking like a future ace, if he could cut down the walks. He hasn't cut down on the walks, but has given up a ton of walks. On the bright side, we have plenty of pitchers throwing better than expected.

As long as they don’t give up on him like they did Glasnow. We saw how that worked out.

Looks like it took only this weekend for us to look like the 100 loss team. Bullpen finally showed some negatives. Anyone else wonder why Poppen is still on this team??

We all knew that this team has glaring holes. Take away the best player and it's amazing that they have the record that they do.
