Rangers hitters are getting frustrated.

Suwinski's misplaced on that 1st inning hit and the balk are looming big.

The big bats did not show up today.

Lead runner was on 4 of the first 5 innings for the Pirates. None of them scored. Back to back innings with inning ending double plays, Bae getting picked off. Chances were there, Bucs just didn’t capitalize.

The Rangers were bound to break through at some point. Hill did his best, just wasn’t good enough.

IMHO the Rangers have the best lineup in the majors. They don’t lead the league in runs scored by accident.

It would be big if the Bucs could take the series with a win tomorrow.

The Bucs will be halfway through the American League portion of their schedule, after tomorrows game.

So far they have a 9-13 record against the Junior Circuit. They will be done with the Rangers, Rays, Blue Jays, Red Sox, Orioles, White Sox, and Astros.

Al teams left on their schedule: Yankees, Twins, Tigers (2 more games with them), Royals, Indians (refuse to call them by any other name), A’s, Mariners, and Angels.

I would say they have played the toughest of the AL teams on their schedule at this point. Yankees will be tough, but the remaining teams are not that good.
