SOG goes to Vince Velasquez. I wonder if Cherington recognizes that the strategy of acquiring major league ballplayers like McCutchen, Santana, Rich Hill, and Velasquez is better than the past years strategy of relying on untested suspects and wannabes?

SOG
McCutchen - 1 1/2
Suwinski - 1
Contreras - 1
Joe - 1
Hill - 1
Velasquez - 1
Hayes - 1/2
Santana - 1/2
Oviedo - 1/2

You truly are a miserable person aren't you?

Hayes was a 'suspect'
Suwinski was a 'suspect'
Keller was a 'suspect'
Castro was a 'suspect'
I could go on.

You really are confused. You mean to tell me you can't see that adding guys like McCutchen, Santana, Rich Hill, and Velasquez hasn't made all the difference this year. You just can't expect suspects to be able to compete with major league ballplayers on a fdaily basis.

No, that's not what I'm saying.

It's a team effort and it takes contributions from everyone.

But you and green weenie can beating the dead horse.
