Hopefully he does well, but Choi has been in decline for a few years now. Dude needs to lay off the all you can eat buffets. I was hoping for a guy who hits for better average as we need guys who can put the ball in play. At least we did not have to give up much for him.

I didn't dig deep in the numbers, but I wonder how much batting averages increase next year with the new rules with shifts?

Choi is going to arbitration asking for 5.4 million. The Pirates are offering 4.65 million.
