Judge so far is homer less tonight against the Blue Jays.

Game is tied in the 10th inning.

This is game 153 for the Yankees, if he remains homer less tonight he will have 1 more game to pass Ruth’s #60 in 154 games.

If Judge does get #61 after game 154 they better put an asterisk next to it, like they have for Maris.

Personally I hope he sits at 60 for the rest of the season. I don’t want to see Maris’s AL record broken.

Note: Maris hit 61 in 1961 if Judge breaks it, the record would have stood for 61 years. Oh how the baseball gods love playing with numbers and statistics.

We don’t have too many sports hero’s from North Dakota, we have to pull for the very few that we have.

It burns me a little that a Pirate player had to give up one of the homers to Judge this year. He hit #60 off of Crowe in that disastrous 9th inning last Tuesday.

Doesn’t look like Judge will hit #61 tonight.

He would be due up 7th in the 9th, and the game doesn’t appear to be heading into extras.

Judge finishes 0-1 with a pair of runs and 4 BB, unless something wild happens and he gets another AB.

Any homer from here on out needs to include an asterisk in the record books.
