-After Cruz's struggles it seems interesting he will be batting lead-off today.
-I love what Ben Gamel can bring to a team as a 4th or 5th outfielder, but he is not your typical clean-up hitter.
-I have nothing against Josh VanMeter personally, but is he really the best first baseman we can start today?
-We have seen both extremes for Mitch Keller. Seeing the good one could make it a fun day today.

VanMeter should have been sent packing a while ago, but if you're keeping him on the roster I guess he needs to play. He hasn't seen the field in 8 days.

VanMeter kills them with the glove today too.
2 errors, 5 unearned runs.

It’s unbelievable, but it looks like Sheldon is trying to get Fired. I get so frustrated, replace GM, Sheldon, batting and pitching coach, but I guess you need an owner who gives a shit😩

And to think some of this could have been prevented if vanmeter makes the play earlier in the game.

Pirates are just flat out embarrassing themselves and their fan base again today.

0 runs on 2 hits and the worst fielding team in the majors have committed 3 more errors today.

Fire Shelton fire Cherington this team is an absolute embarrassment to professional baseball.

What an absolute joke.

I know it is difficult to believe that there are 5 other teams in the majors that records average out to be the equal to the Pirates. All six of these teams are in the bottom half of team salaries. I am guessing most of those owners are still making a profit.

I no longer have any doubt. We have the worst team in the MLB right now. Even Washington is not this bad

The Athletics actually have a lower payroll and worse records. After the lock-out was settled, they got rid of a ton of good talent and any player making any money at all.

To make matters worse, since several teams aren't paying for talent, there is just more talent going to the good teams. Line-ups like the Phillies, Athletics, Yankees, Dodgers, Astros etc are just stacked.
