Bubba Chandler gets his first start tonight in Bradenton, as a pitcher. He started in the field last night.

Last night he went 2-3 with a double and single scoring both times he reached base.

Let’s see what he can do on the mound tonight.

So so start for Chandler tonight.

First start in A ball so not sure how long they are going to keep him out there tonight. I would suspect maybe another inning or two and he will be done for the night.

So so start turned into a pretty lousy start for Chandler in the third inning.

He was pulled in the top of the third.
