The only team in the history of baseball to get 3 homer games from 3 different players in the same month is the 2022 Pittsburgh Pirates.
Jack Suwinski, Bryan Reynolds, Michael Perez

They’ll tear our starters apart rest of the way. Wont surprise me if they have 3-4 runs combined rest of the series.
Through 7 1/2 innings, that's looking awfully prescient.

Cam Vieaux set a Pirate record today (at least since they started keeping pitch count in 1988). 56 pitches in one inning.

And that wasn't the guy who gave up 7 runs in 1.2 innings.

Sheesh. I hate the Brewers.

So we had two pitchers have worse outing than our position player pitching.

The Cubs have drawn even with us, so now the only team with a worse record than our Bucs is the Reds and they are on 4 1/2 back.

Woodruff matches Thompson’s 10 pitch top of the first, with a ten pitch bottom half.

Thompson ERA now 4.39
Woodruff ERA now 4.35
