Well even though we left the bases loaded and only scored one run, Sears couldn't last 5 innings for Oakland.

I think Oakland starting pitchers only have won 2 games so far this season, while the other 10 were in relief. Getting no hit after 4 innings is not the way we wanted to start.

Endy and Henry both in triple A now. If there are 6 games played in a week, I would expect Henry to catch 3 games, play the outfield once and DH once or twice (with a possible day off). I would expect Endy to do the same thing, but his position would be first base instead of the outfield. Just a gue...

I was hoping Yerry would stay up in the majors and they let Chase try to work things out in the minors.

I have said this about sports many times.

Defensively the Pirates are a big plus having Hayes and Hedges compared to other teams, but our offense is struggling bigtime because of it. Also when those 2 guys are in the line-up, I think other hitters in the line-up might be pressing or even getting pitched around. I wonder what Ke'Bryan Hayes ...

Teams that spend money like the Padres can afford to make bad signings. They will just spend more on somebody else.
