and Clint's seen enough. Bring out the hamer. Hopefully Veras won't pitch for a while, that was brutal.

Why the HELL did Hanrahan come in to replace Veras? Such a stupid decision by Hurdle.

Really, did you see the balls put in play against Veras? They were all crushed. Veras did not have it.

Assuming this goes into extra innings, who would you guess pitches the 10th?

No problem bringing in Hanrahan in that situation. Veras has no control, and Pence and Lee killed 2 off of him. The Pirate's are lucky to be in this game, and Veras pretty much blows another one for us.

Hurdle is losing me. Leadoff double and the next player isn't sacrificing? I don't get it.

HORRENDOUS plate appearance by Jones. He has no business going after that pitch. Thank goodness for the way the rest of the inning played out.

You see how Hurdle greeted Jones in the dugout? Not a happy face.

Who in the in the F is complaining/panicking?! Who I ask?!

First career win for Leroux; first career save for Resop. Congrats to both. Who gets the game ball?

So who else almost crapped their pants when McCutchen and Lee collided?

I screamed and covered my eyes. Kept them covered until the wife told me he was up and walking fine.

Whew.

Lee got it right in the huevos. He and McCutchen were chuckling about it while Andrew was on first. 8-) 8-) 8-) Dind Dong.
