What is the point of Jones in the 3-hole and McCutchen at clean-up? I have no problem with switching Jones and Walker at 4 but Jones at 3 doesn't make much sense.

Keep McCutchen in the 3-hole, please.

I wonder if Walker will bat righty against Wakefield. He did against that knuckleballer from the Mets earlier this year.

I used to dread seeing Karstens' name on the lineup. It was pretty much a guaranteed loss. Now, I look forward to his turn in the rotation. Quite a turnaround!

It's to break up the string of righties at the top of the order. The more your order goes right-left-right-left, the harder it is on the opposing manager when he has to go to the bullpen.

So the much maligned Overbay does the business.
For once, my joining the game - after finally getting the bar closed - produces a positive.
But apparently all you guys are busy doing something else - no one on here or in the Pun. :(
Let's hope this lead holds up.
