Mickie D is starting Sunday on short rest.


I read somewhere that Mickie D was being moved up a day to take Morton's spot and would pitch on short rest but that is wrong. Mickie D's "turn" would be on Sunday and he'll have a full 4 days rest. Maholm and Karstens get an extra day of rest due to the off day tomorrow.
