I'll take whatever we can get. Does Jones need glasses or does he like prematurely sliding?

Why does Dusty Brown bring a bat to the plate? He may as well bring a newspaper and use his time more profitably.

I just have to say, Bob Walk is fantastic as the color commentator. From being able to watch a few other regional broadcasts on MLB Network, there really aren't any as good as him that I've heard. A lot of the times it feels like they get the most bias local guy they can find just have that bias commentary.

McCutchen loses the hitting streak, a double, and 2 RBIs  Fuck you Mets!

What happened? Busy with work, paying part-time attention to game.

Ugh, Veras warming for the save opportunity with Joel unavailable after 3 straight games. Please don't walk the leadoff guy.

I think I'd rather see Tim Wood, oh well they pinch hit for him.

Bob Biertempfel Tweet:

Quote:
MLB scoring change changes double by Andrew McCutchen last Saturday into an error and obliterates his 15-game hitting streak.

Did they maybe change the scoring on that double Saturday night than Daniel Murphy botched? It was awfully hard hit, but it was right at him and off his glove. I thought maybe single and a 1 base error.

The ruling committee just ruled on the ball McCutchen ripped of Murphy against the Mets was originally ruled a double. The committee ruled it an error today.

Horse dung.

Cubs up 11-5 on Milwaukee, if Veras gets it done we are only 3 out of first.

Dusty Brown is the worst hitter I have ever seen in a major league uniform.

Convince me otherwise.

So, Bucfan, you're telling me you didn't have a good feeling with Dusty at the plate with Diaz on third and two outs in the inning?
