Doumit has to be the trivia answer, right? Who was the last catcher to collect his first MLB hit with the Pirates?

That's some nice D right there from the Buccos! Tabata made a nice play finding that ball so quickly and gunning it right to Cedeno.

That was a beautiful play by all three. Perfect execution. Brown blocked the plate and got the tag on him.

As mentioned earlier, McDonald's control has been awful. Leadoff walk. Rally starter.

McDonald has not looked good lately. Hopefully he figures it out soon.

JMac's control has been really bad. He's allowing too many base runners.
If he doesn't improve, I can see him being the first pitcher getting bumped from this starting rotation.

Jesus Christ, my son throws harder than Jorday Lyles.

And Old McDonald is going to make me buy the farm.

Way to go JMac. Allow this Houston team to get back into the game. He has become my least favorite Pirate starting pitcher.

Was hoping for another Walker 2-out RBI there. I don't trust Jones in clutch situations.

Is it me or do the Pirates seem to be on the receiving end of more good than bad luck this year? Thank you Bourne.
