Pretty funny ... but as most of you guys must know, much of Philly is a beautiful city. From the area around Independence Hall, to the art museum, to historic Christ Church burial grounds, to the parks interspersed throughout the city.

Spent three days in Philadelphia last summer and really, really liked the city.

Hey, if Pittsburgh has to live with the "smokey steel mill" stigma, Philly's gonna have to deal with "old hooker".

Karstens looking pretty sharp locating the curve. Lets hope his control remains or Philly will be sitting on those 89 mph fastballs.

Wheels coming off for Karstens, 65 pitches in, like clockwork.

Karsters has pitched a great game so far. But after the seventh, they better be ready to change quickly is he starts to get hit. GREAT JOB -- deserves respect from everyone.

This is making me nuts.

Game after game, our starters are over-achieving and giving us a chance to win. And our offense swings and misses or grounds out softly.

The hitting has been horrendous. Just horrendous.

Three miserable singles in 11 innings. Good heavens, that is just not going to cut it.

P.S. Rollins was out at 2nd on the steal and Phillies only run. Oh, and later when McCutchen goes, exact same kind of bang-bang play at second base - called out.

So let's review. Steal attempt, Phillies runner, bang-bang, safe. Steal attempt, Pirates runner, bang-bang, out.

Danny Moskos' first win.

Congratulations. Good win. No power ... single, SB, single, run, win.
