Figured I would start the game thread to see if the Buccos can get on a winning streak.

Pirates:
1. Andrew McCutchen, CF
2. Xavier Paul, LF
3. Matt Diaz, RF
4. Neil Walker, 2B
5. Steve Pearce, 1B
6. Ryan Doumit, C
7. Brandon Wood, 3B
8. Ronny Cedeno, SS
9. Kevin Correia, RHP

Padres:
1. Jason Bartlett, SS
2. Will Venable, RF
3. Ryan Ludwick, LF
4. Chase Headley, 3B
5. Cameron Maybin, CF
6. Brad Hawpe, 1B
7. Nick Hundley, C
8. Eric Patterson, 2B
9. Clayton Richard, LHP

Almost a complete Right Handed Lineup...Hurdle's playing the numbers tonight.

Dear Clint Hurdle,

Matt Diaz is not a number 3 hitter. Please stop putting him there in the lineup.

Thank you

Walker is already looking like a number 1 star in this game. Great steal that lead to a run now a nice 2-rbi hit.

And then a great defensive play to end the third inning.

#18 is playing the role of "star" today.

I can't remember the last time I saw a line of 7 runs with only 3 hits. Weird.

It's the free MLB.TV game today. They are showing some Bucs fans in the stands. Nice to see. SD is really not a very good team this year, at least so far.

Kind of an odd win. Veras giving up repeat HR's to turn a blowout into this type of game ... interesting.

A prediction none could have foreseen:

The offense getting BETTER without Tabata and Pedro!

Is there such a thing?
How, pray, does one find it? I can see no mention of a free game on the mlb.tv site.

I went to mlb.com and it was marked on the left side of the page where the game scores are - that's where I always see what the free game is. I'm not sure if there are other ways to see what the free game is or not.
