The Pirates were playing Peralta the opposite way but Karstens kept pitching inside on him.

1-0 Tribe.

David Huff's ERA is sky high but he tossed eight shut out innings on us last year.

This may be the night we snap the streak though.. Hough's given up eleven dingers
this year already and he just now walked Mc Cutchen and Jones on eight pitches..

Cutch scores on an 80 foot single by Milledge.. 1-1..

Top of 2nd Cutch makes a running catch.. Tribe announcers compare him to Paul Blair in how he plays so shallow in center.

He's the top clutch hitter in the league. Lastings has all three ribbies tonight.

Nice to see Alvarez get his first hit but I'm starting to worry..

Russell Branyan looked terrible all night but Karstens helped him out.. gopher ball served on a platter.. 5-4 Bucs..

Another starting pitcher can't give us a quality start. I know, he pitched good for 5 innings. The bottom line is the total performance is not good.

At least he left the game with the lead. A step in the right direction.

That's because we actually scored some runs. You have to separate the two.
