I swear that every time I looked @ the SafeCo scoreboard tonight the Bucco's had two on and one or two out... and then 60 seconds later it'd change over to the top of the inning.

I'm glad I didn't follow this one live, because it may have been the only game more frustrating than the one that I actually attended.

On the plus side, at least Morton gave up less than six runs.

Quality starts for Charlie now in four of his last five. On the downside, he's not striking out very many batters.

Baby Steps...let him get a few quality starts and get comfortable on the mound, and get a win, then start working in the K's...

I'm sure the Ks will come with a little more experience. When he's right, he gets ahead of batters and has a tough time putting them away. The better hitters don't seem to have much trouble fouling him off until they get what they want or ball 4. Chipper, Heyward, Prado and McCann did this weekend.
