I find a few things interesting about these lineups. One, Jose Bautista playing 3rd and batting leadoff for the Blue Jays. Two, Iwamura is batting leadoff and McCutchen hitting 2nd for the Bucs. Third, our pitcher is hitting in the 8th spot today with Cedeno hitting 9th.

Remember the other day, when I said that the Astros lineup was the most pathetic thing I'd ever seen? Seeing the Jays lineup today, I'd like to rescind that claim.

Cedeno has 2 errors in the second - back to back, the second a double play ball. Why not Crosby now.

and now he doesn't cover second to stop runner from advancing. that's three plays in a row--- enough for me.

4-0 Toronto after 2. Bet D. McCutchen wants to thank Ronie for the help.

Ronny Cedeno is not very good. He was acquired to act as the cardboard cut-out of a SS until the Pirates have a genuine SS take over the position.

The other players - Clement, Pribanic, Lorin and Adcock- are the guys the Pirates wanted in the deal.
