Second inning, no outs, men on 1st and 2nd, no runs scored. Sound familiar?

If a pitcher has a good pickoff move, you have to be paying better attention. McCutchen getting picked off with no one out is a potential rally killer. Gotta be smarter than that.

(That one is for you, Sub! ;) )

Wow, Hamels has an insanely good pick-off motion. Cutch just found out the hard way.

No.9 please don't think I don't like Cutch. I love his play. But I will say that I was hoping you were able to watch this one after his being caught. He's young and will get better at base running.

BTW I was partly just busting you cause you're always very firm in your thoughts.

Maholm is sure doing his part tonight. 5 innings 3 hits and 1 run. Come on offense let's go.

Is McCutchen wired? He looks like he has a microphone wire coming out of the top of his jersey.

Yes he's miked.

How about Maholm 7 innings 5 hits 1 run -- probably done he's up third and has 93 pitches. Good job. Now, let's get him some runs.
