Danny Haren looks for all the world like "Shaggy" on "Scooby Doo." Don't we have a poster who uses that avatar?

All of the sudden we have just got to Haren. 4-1 Buccos. Jones and Doumit once again.

Pearce makes great contact once again and gets his second hit of the night. He is making alot better contact so far.

This is amazing! Too good to be true. The foul ball off the girders just before it was over 400 ft easy. Plus Ryan's sporting a new crew cut so he's looking good. :)

Pearce going the other way. If I were drinking I would think I had too many!

This team is exctining now. You have to admit interest is very high inthe team even though we haven't been winning a ton of games lately they are a bit more exciting. Man I love watching Jones Doumit and Mccutchen!

I have to agree. I thought the excitement would die down after we traded Nyjer away because he brought so much excitement with him, but it hasn't one bit.

Usually the 6th inning is where our pitches implode, but today it's the 5th for Charlie. 4-4.

We can't have this the entire 2nd half. Now we left Heran off the hook. Very disappointing.

Maybe Charlie got tired from "running"? :)

Why do our pitchers always give up their leads right away. It seems like the inning after a big inning for the bucs, or pitchers hvae a bad one.

Well it's double switch time. In comes Brandon Moss and Jeff Karstens.

Good. DY is absolutely awful in the field which is too bad since he can hit.

Moss comes in? On mlb gameday it says Jeff Salazar is going in?
Anyway he goes 0-3 3k's and Russel must of thought it was time to sit him for the game. I can't imagine that Young is happy about this.

I don't understand why Salazar is in and not Moss. Is Moss injured, because i wouldn't put Salazar in a game unless it was a must.

I think the double switch makes sense game strategy wise so I don't think it has anything to do w/ DYs hitting. However Salazar is a real shocker. Unless they are throwing him a bone since he used to play in AZ this makes no sense at all.

So did anybody see something was going on in the crowd?
I know Az Bucco fan was going to the game, do you think he flipped out when Morton blew the 3 run lead?

Look I think Salazar needs a chance to play. He has gotten pinchhits but those are not a fair indicator. I think he should get just one start. This may be his last chance anyway though.

Something i noticed. Jeff Salazar doesn't look like he is of Spanish decent at all. Now Oscar Salazar does but Jeff doesn't. Is Jeff of spanish decent? The Salazar name is of spanish origin. Maybe this also means this game is getting boring.
