I've got a bad feeling about Doumit this season. I really think that injury got him out of the swing of things.

Hope that wasn't just the Bucs' best scoring opportunity. Thanks for nothing, Doumit . . . and Adam.

I still say Doumit is not and never was, a cleanup hitter. If Gameday is to be believed, Doumit and LaRoche both made outs on pretty fat pitches.

The Pirates hitting is just woeful right now, apart from Cutch, Young and Jones.

Well, Braden "Pooper" Looper is a powerhouse, as evidenced by the fact that the league is smacking him around to the tune of .274/.332/.496 this year, for an OPS of .827. That OPS, by the way, would be the best on the Pirates for any hitter.

The fans over by first are idiots. They grabbed the ball out of Adam's glove and then they showed the guy in yellow turned around showing it off to other fans. What an @sshole.

I agree. That's totally rediculous. I'm listening via the radio tonight so I didn't see it.

We have to laugh at something, the bats are terrible tonight.

Meanwhile, in Indianapolis, Lastings "the Savior" Milledge also is cooling off: 0 for his last 9.

That hitting would qualify him to bat in the middle of this line-up. 1-10 would make him the clean-up hitter.

Wow this game stunk. 2-0 Brewers. It was a quick one also. 2 hours and 29 minutes.

Also i heard that this was the 15th time we have been shutout this season. Does that lead the majors?

That pigeon just about got in Cameron's way on the diving catch of Vasquez' line drive. If he could've helped us out there a name change to the Pittsburgh Pigeons may have been in order.
