Going out (to not have fun) but I would like to see our team take the field tonight. The lineup is more attractive for a change. May see a few innings- hope so.

Going to a retirement party for the police chief. I was instrumental in his hiring when I served as a councilman a few years ago. There goes my inside help if I ever needed it.

I'm excited about Doumit being back. I have low expectations but I just like him as a player. I'm also glad Freddy is back.

So does anybody think Doumit gets hurt tonight?

Not me, but it would be nice if he is able to finally get a hit. You guys are right though. This is a lineup that looks capable of scoring a few runs at least (still have no faith in Moss, but hey, ya never know).

I hope we can crack through against Blanton tonight. Although he hasn't been as bad as most think he has

a talent right? ;)

We led off with Cutch striking out, followed by Freddy going down on strikes also, then Jones just crushes one. I hope we see more of that.

Phillies tie it up at 1-1 on McCutchen's fielding error.

Phillies take the lead 3-1. Garrett Jones dropped the ball picking it up so we didn't have a play at the plate with Ryan Howard.

Listening to Indianapolis.. Ian's Indians down 2-0 in the 6th.
Bixler is the Ice Cream man tonight. If he strikes out Toledo fans get free ice cream.

Steve Pearce just missed a three run homer in the top of the 6th. Two on, two out, he smashed a 3-0 pitch
but it was caught at the wall. Still 2-0 Mud Hens. Snell back to the mound. He's thrown 52 strikes of 70 pitches in 5 1/3 innings.
