Pirates' lineup:

1. Morgan, LF
2. Sanchez, 2B
3. Monroe, LF
4. Adam LaRoche, 1B
5. Hinske, RF
6. Andy LaRoche, 3B
7. Jaramillo, C
8. Bixler, SS
9. Karstens, P

Brewers' lineup:

1. Weeks, 2B
2. Braun, LF
3. Hart, RF
4. Fielder, 1B
5. Cameron, CF
6. Hardy, SS
7. Hall, 3B
8. Kendall, C
9. Looper, P

This game really scares me. I'm not sold (yet) on Karstens and the Pirates have never hit Looper. I think he might be one of the original STBHOF members...

That line up there might be able to have the best record in the minors because thats what it looks like.

I think Jaramillo and Bixler don't give a shit about Looper's past success against the Buccos and light him up tonight.

Still no Nate. Better safe than sorry. Hope he makes a full recovery ASAP. Adding McLouth, Doumit, and A. McCutchen to this line-up will make it pretty decent.

Karstens is a ticking time bomb. Any game they win with him starting is a huge bonus.

You can say the same about almost all other No. 5's.

Josh Fogg and Matt Morris resent that remark.

This will be the most important series of the first half of the season. If they do not win or sweep this series, it will be difficult for the Buccos to rebound.

Of course, I hope I'm dead wrong on this prediction.

I think this series will be a good test for our pitching staff. We have not faced very many good lineups yet this season. LETS GO BUCS!!!!!!

I'm not quite as dire as you. :)

Here is what I think:
We Sweep: It's our year!!!
We win 2: Very good. They have owned us in Mil
We win 1: OK. Something to build on

We get swept: Uh-oh

Sanchez has to hold with no outs. Bad call.

RBI for Andy. Got robbed by Prince. Hey, it's a run. It seems Andy has gotten robbed a lot this season so far.

A good AB though. Keeps the ball on the right side.

Pirates 11-7
Brewers 8-10

Why are we so desperate? Relax, if we could win last night why couldn't we be competetive now?

Go Bucs
