Animal, please post a pic of the Parker card.

My sister was not a Pirates fan but she always said Richie Henber was cute. She liked the Giants. She loved Gaylord Perry.. even named a cat after him!! She stopped following sports after
he retired.

The one you posted WAS his Rookie Ollie. The '74 topps. It is card # 252.

Ha! I always misunderstand everyone.

Anyway I remember Dave Parker once hitting a ball so hard that he ripped the cover off! It was his rookie year in an exhibition game against the Cardinals.

Sometimes on a forum like this it is diffucult to know what response goes with what questions.

I believe Parker belongs in the Hall of Fame. He was the most feared player in the league for a decade!

I always thought the best pictures on the Baseball Cards were the bench guys' cards...
