Day 1: Favorite Song- I picked 'Like A Rolling Stone' by Bob Dylan. It's still a moving song today, I can only imagine what it would have been like to hear play on the radio for the 1st time when it came out during that era.

Tomorrow Day 2...

Day 1- Solomon Burke-"Everybody Needs Somebody"- My favorite song right now. Been on a Solomon Burke binge. Great underappreciated soul singer. Shake your butt and your brain will follow. Sorry can't post a video from work but youtube solomon Burke/rolling stones. 500 lbs of heavenly joy!

Day 2, Least Favorite Song. I have a lot of songs I dont like. Mostly because I dont like and dont understand the music being pushed on the radio...

So after some thought Day 2 is 'Paparazzi' by Lady Gaga.

Day 2 Loverboy-"Everybody's Working For the Weekend" Hate the band and really hate the song. Saw them open for The Who in the early 80's. Horrid.

Day 1...Favorite Song

Day 2. Least Favorite Song

I'm a Christmas freak and "It's the Most Wonderful Time of the Year" gets me in the spirit, even in May! I can't explain why I hate "Free Bird" so much. Maybe it's because I've been told how wonderful it is too many times. I just don't like the southern rock genre at all.

Day 3, a song that makes you happy.

This song always puts me in a good mood. A nice song to drive to also, and I've been doing alot of that lately.

CSNY- Carry On

Day 1: Favorite Song

This is my favorite song right now. This is subject to change tomorrow, LOL. It's hard to find really good quality YouTube videos of Dinosaur Jr., though. This song is from the album You're Living All Over Me. Awesome stuff if you're into this. Check out Raisins, The Lung, Tarpit, etc.

REM is one of my favorite bands. This song has it all. Peter Buck's riffs, Michael Stipe's haunting lyrics, Mike Mills harmonies and some great harmonica to back it up. Classic in my book.

Day 4, a song that makes you sad.

Jim Croce Operator...mostly because the artist was taken from this planet too early, and he was a true blue collar musician at the time trying to make it in the industry with a family at home. His songs are totally filled with emotions.

Day 5, a song that reminds you of someone. 2008 was a horrible year for me. Picking this song was another easy one. This reminds me of my grandmother. 'Something Good This Way Comes' by Jakob Dylan.
