Fried turkey
Ham
Mashed Potatoes
Sweet Potatoes
Green Been Casserole
Cranberry Sauce
Corn
Chex Mix
Puppy Chow (Chex cereal with peanut butter, chocolate, and powdered sugar...I think)
Sugar Cookies
Pecan Pie
Pumpkin Pie
Crown Royal

I think that pretty much sums up the menu for tomorrow! I'm probably missing some things but my mind works much quicker than my fingers!

I hope all of you have a great Thanksgiving!

Missed two important items at our deal. Stuffing and cold beer.

We rent a big six bedroom cabin at a local resort, and most of the family attends -- this year over 40 counting several new-borns. Good times with family coming home.

Hope you all have a good day.

Anybody out of town today? My family is in Washington D.C. Will have an all Filipino Thanksgiving meal spent with the friends of friends. I'll watch the Lions Thanksgiving Day game for the 38th time later today. We'll be visiting a couple of families after halftime.. hopefully I can catch the ending but I think Matthew Stafford isn't playing today so we'll probably get romped.

PS ~ Drove past Camden Yards and M & T Bank Stadium on our way to the Baltimore Aquarium yesterday. Purple seats at M & T are cool!!

I am in Ohio and enjoying my first Thanksgiving where I have not had to work in 8 years. Nice to be able to spend the day with my family and especially my children.

I am very thankful for that.

Happy Turkey Day, to all!

May everyone have a blessed holiday. Enjoy time with your friends and family. Today was my last holiday with my family before officially moving to the west coast, so it was an emotional day, especially with my father having cancer and facing a very grim prognosis. Be appreciative of those you love!

Major life change is daunting for sure. Never moved from my roots so I can't really appreciate your circumstances but good luck-- it must be exciting for you.

I have unfortunately experienced the loss of parents. They both passed after lengthy illnesses. Lung cancer and mom had emphazima (sp). Very tuff to see as time finally brought peace for them. I fully understand and empatize with you and your family. You only get one dad. Savor the time you have with him.

Got off the turnpike along the way and drove through downtown Pittsburgh for the first time in over twenty years. How do you guys drive in the winter time when those hilly side streets are icy? It baffles me. We had great weather driving home Saturday though.

In five days at our nation's capital I saw three Nationals caps and I was wearing one of those. Ha!
