Don't know about where any of the rest of you live, but weather-wise this has been the ugliest June in my memory: wet, dreary, dismal. From beginning to end, we averaged one sunny day a week, and even then the temperature was anywhere from 10 to 20 degrees below normal. Even today, more than a week into summer, the thermometer never made it out of the mid-60s.

If you were thinking about vacationing in New England this summer. I'd advise waiting until the middle of August. Any earlier, the way things are going, chances are you'll get rain and return home unhappy.

Wow. June was the most balmy and mild June here in Az. that I have ever experienced in 30 plus years here. That said, it is 108 right now and summer is here.

June wasn't that bad here this year. There have been alot worse ones. Today was ugly but there has been about 6 nice days a week on average. About 75-90 for the Highs and 55-70 for the lows.

Four straight weeks of rain and five dead celebrities. It has been a strange June.

The grotesque weather just won't stop. We haven't seen the sun since 1 o'clock last Friday.

Yesterday (July 1): torrential ran, ear-splitting thunder, high temperature 61 degrees.

Today: more torrential rain. High about 63.

Friday: more rain forecast, especially from mid-afternoon on.

Saturday: yep, more rain predicted.

Sigh.

Add Karl Malden to the list.

Did someone mention Ed McMahan?

Yeah Ed McMahon was mentioned, but Karl Malden can't be counted for June because he died July 1st.

You don't think the Ramones took any cues from the Seeds do you?
