I apologize, but I simply must brag about my nephew.

Seneca Valley is playing Erie McDowell on Fox Sports tonight, and my nephew has two long runs, a bunch of tough inside runs (including one for a touchdown), and a booming punt to his credit so far, and it's only halftime. His last name is Mack, and Craig Wolfley is comparing him to a Mack truck. I've never had a chance to see him play before, and I'm damn proud of him. I wish my Dad had hung on for another year so that he could be watching tonight.

Very cool.

24 rushes, 167 yards, and a TD is quite a night.

Oh yeah, winning the game is kind of important as well!

Man, my buttons were about popping off all day, I was so proud. (Either that or I need to cut down on the size of my lunches and get more exercise.) I had no idea how good he was, because you've got to take the word of a kids parents with a grain of salt.

Cool! I just returned from a wet night of high school football myself. I watched the school of Hanford Dixon Jr (yep, son of former Cleveland Brown star) lose in a heartbreaker.. double overtime! As we were leaving I saw Hanford Dixon. I wanted to say hi to him but he looked kinda upset. lol
