Bahhh.

I'm not worried about it.

Pens were injured, Steelers had a terrible OL, played a GREAT team that was all wrong for them and still almost won, I gave up on College BB long ago.

Just be glad you're not from Cleveland.

Not complaining.....just stating the facts...

Even with the Bucs ineptitued over the past couple decades, I still feel myself blessed. I am lucky to grow up in western pennsylvania when I did! Think about what we have seen here. I have had the opportunity to watch probably 25 Hall of Famers or future Hall of Famers play for the Bucs, Steelers, and Pens....and not just Hall of Famers, but players to be considered among the greatest of all time. Clemente, Lemieux, Jagr, Crosby, Bradshaw, Lambert, Polomalu, Woodson, Blount....the list goes on and on.

I saw a Pitt national Championship in football, a heisman trophy winner, Three Stanley Cup Winners, Six Super Bowl Winners, Two World Series Championships...and so much more.

And the Bucs winning is coming...soon!

I think that the Pitt basketball team is the only real disappointment there (i.e. not meeting or exceeding expectation)

The Pens were without Malkin or Crosby for basically half their season. There isn't a team in any sport that can take two superstars off their roster and succeed. Even all the talk about the injuries that the Packers sustained to get to the Super Bowl aren't comparible. They didn't lose Aaron Rodgers (their only equivalent to the type of player Crosby or Malkin are).

The Steelers were expected to struggle while Roethlisberger was out. Then there was question to how well he would play under the scrutiny. The fact they made it to the Super Bowl and had the ball with less than two minutes to play with an opportunity to win is impressive.

The Pirates...well, going on 19 years of disappointment is now just habit...
