Boxing has really been dying a slow death since the heavyweight division has been so poor for the past decade. I certainly get why MMA is popular and I think it's OK, I just love the "Sweet Science" of boxing. Boxing is one massive, epic fight away from having new life. That fight would be Pacquiao vs Mayweather. I have my doubts the fight will actually happen and that is one of the many reasons why boxing is so infuriating.

I have to go MMA. As a former wrestler theres more of a thrill to me watching them compete using all sorts of skill sets and fighting backgrounds than just punching (though I know there's more skill to boxing than just punching)

I think a wrestler has the advantage in any sport...Most NFL linemen were high school wrestling champs, Ray Lewis was a multi-time high school wrestling state champ...

I don't even watch boxing any more. MMA is so much more interesting.
