Yes, when you have an elite defense and an elite QB with an offense that stops turning the ball over.

And, it sure helps to have sick-fast young WR's on the test dummy's that pass as Raven CB's.

Steeler's D just kicked the Ravens butt from here to next Wednesday. Ravens really missed the CB wh was injured early. No. 21 who replaced him couldn't cover a baby with a blanket. He was awful. 8-) 8-) 8-) 8-) 8-)

I was thinking if Burgh marched down the field on their first possession and scored a TD, that would set the tone and lead to a 'easier' victory.

Then the Ravens got one hell of a PI call on 3rd and long which helped lead them to their first TD and then that questionable (IMO) fumble-TD happened and everything went downhill fast.

It was turning into one of those 'not like this...not again' games, like 07 vs. the Jags when BB and the ST's spotted the Jags three TD's in a 31-29 loss.

I don't know who woke up Bruce Arians and/or Big Ben, but that second half offense (no huddle!) was pitch-perfect and what I've been waiting for all season long.

Unstoppable.

Play like that next week and Pats or no Pats, the Steelers have no excuse not to win.

Personally, I want the Pats. No more excuses, the Steelers should beat them. It's ten years in the making, damn it!

That was a shock. Brady didn't look anything like the guy who was shredding everyone for the last 2 months. Credit goes to the Jets defense of course but a lot of it was just Brady not executing like he has been.

The chances of another Super Bowl ring are looking pretty good.

He didn't execute because the Jets DB's and LB's chipped, chunked and punched the Pat's receivers off the line, every play, all game.

Brady and those guys are timing routes and illegal picks. The Jets did not allow either to happen, and Brady got unsettled.

Good for the Jets.

Won't be able to that to the Steeler's though.

The Jets are worrisome. The Steelers are going to have to play two good halves of football. I worry mainly about our offensive line. I think they are the weakest part of our team.

Don't give up a return 6 in this game and the Steelers are off to the Super Bowl. Special teams will probably decide their fate and that's not a good thing for us Steeler fans.

I'm guardedly neutral about this Sunday's game, but I will say this much.

Heinz Field is not a Kicker's friend, so if the game comes down to this guy:

I won't be sweating much.

That aside, the J-E-T-S are a pretty complete team with a solid D and they've had 'swagger' (and 'luck') about them all year, so it will be interesting to see how the game goes.

I'm not a religious person, but am spiritual, and Sunday is an important day in Steeler history, Myron Cope's birthday...His presence will be strong Sunday

Division foes are a tough assignment in the playoffs. They know the opposition, and don't fear them.

Jets pummeled the receivers over the middle of the field and would not give them a clean route. Brady had to hold the ball, and the pressure arrived. When pressure is on Brady, he folds. Once, Ellis took him down with one hand.

Steelers fans are spoiled by Ben and how frigging tough he is to bring down, but c'mon Brady. Turf-diving the moment contact is made?

And oh yeah ... loved the 1-yard pass to Welker on 3rd and 10, late in the 4th quarter, trailing by 10. Why did Brady panic and dump it off for a worthless completion?

Because he is as soft as microwaved margarine when he feels pressure.
