He has been offered an Asst. Gm position with my team the Bills. Anyone have and info or opines on this guy?

Doug is great. He is a Pittsburgh guy and has been brought up with the Steelers since he left college. I have interacted with him and he would be a great addition for the Bills. Something tells me he might stay here though because he probably would be the heir-apparent to Kevin Colbert although I don't think Colbert is leaving anytime soon.
