I was at the Brown-White scrimmage yesterday at Cleveland Browns Stadium.

The Brown Browns won 17-14.

Brady Quinn's first pass, second play of the game, was a lovely deep ball placed perfectly in the enzone to Lyle Lovett (lol somebody Lovett.) A lot of zing on his throws. He threw a pic but the ball was tipped. Derek Anderson was dumping off short passes, dink and dunk.. his big play was a scramble up the middle on 3rd and goal for a score. He was so happy!

Josh Cribbs made some nice moves on kick returns.. my man Shaun Rogers had a couple of stops for losses, sacked Anderson once. Brian Robiskie looked impressive at wide receiver. He's going to be good.

I could have met former Lion Mike Furrey but I had to get a ride home. Got a pic of him anyway. Players signed autographs after the game. It was so blamed hot.. 94 degrees. I got a good deal on Lions-Browns preseason tickets (only $28 for $55 tickets) so I'll be decked in Honolulu Blue, silver, with black accents on Aug. 22 .

I have a feeling the AFC Steeler division will be a little better this year. (Ooops.. I mean North). But not much :)
