I used to be a big wrestling fan when I was growing up (some say I still need to grow up a bit) and actually just bought a PS3 game that just came out called "Legends of Wrestlemania". I got the game only to feel young again and relive some old memories. It was completely worth it! It is great seeing guys like Hulk Hogan, Andre the Giant, Koko B Ware, Honky Tonk Man, King Kong Bundy, Ultimate Warrior, and others. That is when I was a big fan. I haven't watched it since the early 90s.

The Bushwackers, who else licked each others forehead before a match. "The Genius" Lanny Poffo, "World's Smartist Man". They had a great studio bunch too with Bobby "The Brain" Heenan, "Mean" Gene Okerlund and the best host of all, Gorilla Monsoon. Taking it back a little, from parts unknown,"The Beast" and "The Big Cat" Ernie Ladd. Then there is the tragedy of the Von Erick family.

They show old re-runs of AWA and NWA wrestling on ESPN Classic late at night. It used to be every night but i think they limited its schedule now. They're still fun to watch. I've watch it all. How could you guys leave out Bruno Sammartino, Mister Fuji, Tony Atlas(still around as a manager), Sgt. Slaughter, The Iron Shiek, and then there is omgradd's favorite Adrian Adonis.
Wrestling does seen to be missing a beat or two anymore even from when i started watching it in the early 90's but i've seen them all on tape and i think from the late 80's through the early 90's were my favorites. I liked the storylines the best then. I remember being about 4 and actually being scared of the Undertaker. I had to hide in my room and watch wrestling because my mom thought it would make me violent.

Mild plug for a site I run, which contains a full WrestleMania 25 recap:

http://www.dawrestlingsite.com/wrestlin ... ania25.php

Also, if you're into the older stuff, take a look around the site. Lots of older "kayfabe era" stuff (1980's). Old MSG shows from the 80's, History of the IC title, plus "Prime Time Wrestling" episodes and other random crap.

Thats awesome. I turned it during Kid Rock he damn near put me to sleep for the first time in Wrestlemania history and Undertaker and Shawn Michaels was one of the top 3 Wrestlemania matches of all time.
Does that site cover news and rumors for like whats going on backstage? I'm on a site called wrestlingattitude.com and it has too many pop ups anymore so i'm looking to get away from it.

While we don't cover news and rumors on the Site, people will post some news and rumors on our Message Board (http://www.DaWrestlingBOARD.com). When we first started the site (June 2007), we tried to incorporate news, but ran into a huge problem when some guy named Benoit became infamous.

All content on Da' Site is generated by fans, with no "inside scoop" man or anything. The big thing is past reviews. Yet "past" can range anywhere from last night to 40 years ago.

We'll never have pop-ups...but like this Pirates site, we appreciate it when readers "support" our site (in the exact same manner you'd support this board).
