Only having 3 days to prepare kind of sucked all around for the Steelers last week. Hoping the greater amount of time between games helps Vick and the passing game.

Fingers crossed Ben is back in time for the Bengals game.

Me too. I didn't buy those Bengals tickets to watch Mike Vick throw 3 yard passes all afternoon!

Honestly, BR7's injury more or less torpedoed the Steelers' chances of the playoffs. While the AFC is weak, PIT's schedule was soft early and gets brutal late. Even if BR7 comes back it will be against stiffer opposition and he won't be fully healthy or in sync.

If the Steelers have Championship aspirations they shouldn't rush BR7 back at all. He shouldn't see the field until the Cleveland game at the earliest.

That will clearly impact the team's performance, but when you have Bell and Williams in the backfield and an aging and inaccurate QB you shouldn't be throwing more than 15-20 times in a game anyways.

It's time for good old fashioned Cowher ball.

Wowza. Glad they won but that playcall was not the best. Also I hope they stop being so conservative with Vick. The offense thrives on the deep pass and they're like 5 deep at WR.

Last night just made last Thursday night even more infuriating.
