Trade Heath Bell already and make Mike Adams your closer.

Jeez, Louise, you clowns are 11 games under .500 and sinking like an iron life vest. Make the deal already!!

Sorry, I'm the one guy who wants to see him stay in the 8th. I have Adams in a H2H where I need him for holds and I'm punting saves. Both my holds guys look like closers to be with him and Venters.

I will gladly root for Adams to remain the 8th inning guy ... if you deal me Venters for him. :D

P.S. Glad I made the Beachy-Jurrjens offer before today's start. I suspect that you might be less willing to deal Beachy after today.

That was a nice final outing for me, I'm OK with dealing him though, he's young and inexperienced, there will be bumps in the road. How does a guy with his talent fall through the cracks and end up in independent ball? I guess its because he lacks velocity, but obviously he's very deceptive.

He has good (not great) velocity. He deals at 93-94 mph, which is what he was hitting against the Blue Jays.

Jurrjens is the guy who retires batters with spot-on control at 88 mph.
