Do my pitching stats just stop? So I can log no more than 1458 innings, total, for all pitchers combined?

Rotisserie play is not as fun, errr, I mean as easy at H2H.

After the max innings you no longer have pitching...

Players who exced their limit on innings pitched have one of three options:

1. They can be hung by their scrotum and tar and feathered.

2. They can be locked in a room for one week's duration with the poster formerly known as estrago and forced to talk about Nutting 24 hours a day.

3. They can spell check ryann's posts for a month.

So far, everyone has chosen option 1.

In all seriousness, for the past 3 years the limit was 1250. I hated it at first but I've come to like it as an additional layer of strategy. It forces you to view innings as a commodity and not run out every starter on the waiver wire trying to get wins. Makes top pitchers more valuable.

The Yahoo! site shows how I stand on innings. Right on top of the limit, so I need to pull back a bit. With the 1450 limit, I am going to take it to the edge to get the most wins and K's possible from my starters.

I did add Daniel Bard to my team. Low innings, very low WHIP and ERA, high K's. Did so to maximize my productivity per inning.

Wow. Tough choices. Number 1 is the most appealing option, but regarding number 2, I could just muzzle estrago in the first five minutes. No jury would convict me of battery.

Sorry, the conversation just reminded me of Tommy Boy for some odd reason.
