He came back with this one:

I get Mike Moustakas, Christian Yelich and Natali Feliz for JD Martinez. I don't want Moustaskas. I have no place for him. I am going to ask for Denard Span or Joc Pederson.

Do you need saves? Feliz gives no value unless you are desperate for saves.

I think Yelich and Pederson is a good return. My guess is that your Util position is killing you. Belt and Byrd are awful so far.

What categories are giving you problems?

Half my players are hitting under .200. Just a slow start. I am not panicking.

My problem is my outfielders. Except for Martinez, they have all been bad. (Even Cutch)

I just made this trade. I received Adrian Beltre and David Ortiz for JD Martinez and Adam Lind. Both Beltre and Papi are notorious slow starters while Martinez is off to a fast start.

The only issue now is I have too many corner infielders: A.Gonzalez, Votto, Arrenado and Beltre With Big Papi only eligible for DH, that leaves me one short. I want to try to swing one for a stud outfielder. Would even part with Adrian Gonzalez.

Beltre + Ortiz >>>> Martinez and Lind, and it's not close.

Definitely deal a CI for a top-tier OF'er. Deal Gonzalez - take advantage of red-hot starts, and get players who are off to a slower start to get better value on the deal.

Me, I would look to get Adam Jones. (His red-hot start does not fit my meme, but well ... ) He is limited in OBP leagues because he never walks, but in BA leagues, he is a top-notch player. A-Gonzalez will likely get you Jones. Remember, each team has 3 OF'ers starting, but just 1 1B and 1 3B, so infielders have more value than OF'ers.

Ok, I had to throw in Storen but still a steal.

Jones might tough to get but I could get Stanton for Gonzalez. I am assuming either would be a good deal.

Ok, got Puig. Jones, Stanton and Trout weren't going to happen. I tried to get Tulowitzki too (move Hanley to the OF), but this worked out.

So, I got Puig, Beltre and Ortiz for JD Martinez, A. Gonzalez and Storen.

With your depth at CI and 1B, that works.

Storen is high-risk, IMO. Dude is max-effort, and relievers like that tend to blow games and get hurt.
