Wow it sure looks like the Nady/Marte trade worked out for Pittsburgh after all Karstens has been ok and Ohlendorf looked good in his debut. Not to mention the fact that Tabata tore it up in Altoona. Good job Neil.

I liked the trade from the Bucs perspective when it was made. Didn't think it would only take a few weeks to vindicate the move though. This will only look better and better with more time as the Bucs players develop.

I go to Vanderbilt, and today on campus I saw Pedro Alvarez. He was wearing a Pirates hat, so I think that must be a good sign for the Pirates.
