3 up, 3 down, 3 groundballs. Good start for Duke.

I'm interested to see what Nate does from #2 and Freddy does at 1...LaRoche is a .360 hitter against the Giants, just in time for May...

Sanchez/McClouth experiment is good so far. A nine-pitch at bat that results in a single. He is a lot of fun to watch.

I have a feeling that there may be a clammor for Jonathon Sanchez in fantasy leagues, if there hasn't been one already.

It's amazing what happens when we're not in a four run hole early in the game. Knock on wood.

LaRoche hits a homer against a lefty, and it turns out it is LaRoche College Night!!!

LaRoche is a career .360 hitter against the Giants

Hit with authority!!!

We're not wasting many opportunities tonight. Hopefully Nady can seize this one.

Nothing like a good game against the Giants to up the morale. 8-0 good guys.

Anyone watching it live? From watching the 5th inning LaRoche plate appearance on Gameday, it appears that the ump has a rather tight strikezone.

Hopefully we use all three games against SF to improve the morale.

He's a little tight. But it always looks a little better on the gameday graphic.

Yay, now the Giants know what its like not having Barry Bonds in LF

Maybe, the curse of Barry shifted to San Fran?

I love that batting order. I hope that Russell sticks with it.
