3 walks and a HR in the top of the first. Down 3-0 and it's not over yet.

The good news is we have an arm or two that can replace him now.

If they need to find a spot on the 40-man roster, JVB should be the guy taking a hike. Let's see how good these arms are from the Yankees.

No doubt, after tonight's performance, he's history!! Another big mistake from the DL era.

Someone explain to me why both Nady and Marte can be used by the Yankmees tonight but none of our new guys can? Why didn't one of them start in place of VanBenscrotum?

Finding guys to remove from the 40 man roster is one problem that the Pirates don't have to worry about.

I dont understand why they keep on playing this guy ? He never shows anything worth for him to b up in the majors.
They could play S Burnett or the beam guy if they have no 1 else i mean common its ridiculous to play this guy every week , your going to lose the game unless the offense scores 15 runs .
go figure ?

He has had success in AAA, which is more than most of the other options can say.

Burnett is not a starter and he cannot get righties out.

They sent him down again, which is good. But why won't they just release the dude? I really think that spot on the 40 man would be more valuable going to someone else.

They sent him to AAA and banished him to the bullpen out there too
