I'm glad to see the board is back up and running. I look forward to reading all of the posts again.

I suppose someone got sick of Bullish's posts and decided to do the ultimate ignore.

Hey guys, glad to be back. BB--thanks for getting this back up so quickly. I think I might have begun getting a ulcer without any release for all of this Pirates pain.

Maybe you're right but then again whoever did the wipe out was most likely a teen.

Bassoon, where did you go to school for music? Do you know Ray Defade Sr or his 2 kids, Eric or Ray?

Starting over may not be a bad thing. I dont have to get stuck watching that bouncing elephant anymore.

Go to your "User Control Panel" and click on the "Friend or Foe" link. The rest is self explanatory.

Hmmm...I have 2 guesses as to whom this could be. Reveal thyself, stranger!

And your two guesses?
Hint:
Yes, I've been around. And not very popular. Maybe not unpopular, but somewhere in between.

wow, I leave the board for a week and it disappears and comes back while I'm gone. I definately would have been sad had the uppmb left for good. I really like the new look and look forward to reading everyone's posts. Thanks for all the hard work to get it back up and running again.

And for some reason I'm having a hard time getting used to the new look. It's seems a little more archaic to me. I'll get used to it. Maybe I'm just bitter because every avatar I tried to use for myself was too big.

I'm having trouble changing my profile and can't find the old avatars. Are they still around?

You have to go through the "User Control Panel" to change your profile.

I did that, Bertie. I put my profile info. in, added a signature with no problem. When I click on "Edit avatar", though I can't see anything under local gallery and I can't upload anything from my own files.

Hi fellers!

Hey, Brad, I have a Fred Patek Pirates card. It may not be that one. I remember an old photo of Willie Stargell leaning on Patek at first base during a spring training game when Fred was with the Royals.

Glad to see the board up, boys! :)

I am glad everyone likes the new board. This is a new version of course. One reason we used it because it does have better security, but it also had more features.

I am also still working on the cosmetic look of the site. I need to add the Google ads and I also am going to work on the sizing of the top.

A couple features you might not have noticed:

Avatars - You can still link to a photo, but you can also add photos to the gallery.

Smilies - New smilies and we can add more. I just need them BD.

Topic Icons - You can add an icon to the topic such as a question mark or fire for hot topic. They are above the window where you post.

Online now- You can now see this by the member's post.

User Control Panel - Many different features here including the Friend and Foe i.e. Ignore function. You can also add your birthday etc.
