 Post subject: Pirates Offense... How to 'fix' it?

Man, this offense has been... well to be honest there hasn't been any offense in the last 7-10 days.

With the exception of the AZ series, I think we've been in most games and just not given our pitchers any run support.

Maybe it becuase of all the trade rumors, or injuries, or wrong personel.

But now that Andy, Freddy and Jack are out and new blood in, I think we will finally get a better barometer of the offense.

But how say you?

What's causing (caused) the lull in run scoring and how should the Pirates offense get back on track?

Tinker with the lineup, small ball, speed, call-ups/send-downs, fire the hitting coach?

What's the solution to increasing run production?
