Marte-above average(for a set up guy)

Those are just my humble assessments, but it's easy to see why they were losing 90 some games every year. Just not talented enough. A lot of good guys, but not talent wise. Looking at that list, even adding a high priced free agent or two(as many harp on about) probably wouldn't have turned them in to winners. What is happening had to be done for the long term, and maybe even the short term as well. But it is crazy how fast the turnover has happened...

Morgan is not below average. He is in the top five in all of baseball for many stats (offensive and defensive) in July.
