So, aside from the idea of starting Veal to plunk Braun, I think tonight could be U-G-L-Y.

Not because of the potential for brawls, but because Virgil Effin Vasquez is making another start for us. I have ZERO faith in this guy, and Johnny Russell used our long reliever for 3 innings yesterday, meaning he will be unavailable. Two innings of The Virge plus a few innings from Donnie Veal...

What is the over-under for # of runs the Brewers score tonight? I'd set it in double digits...

Yeah, I'm not a big fan of Vasquez either. I think he is basically a band aid on our 5th spot, but the wound still bleeds.

All the more reason to inject some serious emotion early into tonight's game and lure a Brewer or two into getting ejected.

In all seriousness, I agree with you. The Brewers are likely to make mincemeat of Vasquez. I fully expect that there will be some Brewers admiring some long balls and that emotions will once again rear their ugly head later in the game.

Vasquez is what he is ... and what he is, is a starter getting rocked. And I imagine the Brewers will think it hilarious to stand there admiring their home runs.

I wonder if "old school" Kendall will tell them to knock that sh*t off.

See? Its unfolding exactly as I said it would...The Virge is going to throw 7 solid innings or more and keep us in the game.

Just as I said.

Nice to know you guys have such a firm grip on the situation. So, you can be wrong too. Makes me feel better.
