Has he ever had a 1-2-3 first inning?

Can't even get out of the first inning without struggling?

Between Mr. Tom and Mr. Ian, this is going to be a long frustrating season. Thanks boys.

This just in - Pirates starting pitching sucks.

Gorzellany is painful to watch. He is not throwing very hard, so he is afraid to challenge hitters. He nibbles like a 50-year old Tom Glavine, falls behind, throws a nothing fastball over the plate and is hit.

He then is so afraid of giving up another hit that he nibbles his way to a walk.

He tightropes his way around the next hitter and gets an out. By this point, he is up to 25 pitches and the bullpen phone is ringing.

Frustrating.

I don't know about everyone else, but Gorzelanny looks clueless out on the mound. He also looks like he doesn't care. No emotion. Nothing. No plan. Nothing. He has become to me the most annoying Pirate pitcher to watch start a game. It use to be Maholm.

It's now 6-0 Reds............Gorzelanny needs to be ousted from the starting rotation. This is ridiculous. :x

The fact that he is good enough to be in the rotation says a lot about the horrible state of the Pirates' minor league system.

Dave Littlefield should be prosecuted and sent to jail.

38 pitches. 18 strikes. You don't have to say anymore than that.

I refuse to watch this game. #$%^&*()$%^&* Gorzelanny just handed the Reds a win. The offense will now suck the rest of the game against putrid Arroyo. Game, set, match. One inning and it's over.

I'd be shipping Gorzelanny's ass out and now.

I am going to give my 100% attention tonight to the Pens.

These instructions for watching Pirate games should be like the instructions on the shampoo bottle:

"Rinse. Repeat."
