Two things stand out in my mind: (1) 10-21 against the NL Central and (2) 14-26 on the road. Of the next 13 games, 9 are on the road and 6 involve NL Central teams (3 at home; 3 on road) against whom the Bucs have had trouble pulling off wins (Astros and Cubs).
They somehow "broke" the interleague jinx and pulled off a winning record. How about changing course by winning 4 of 6 against the Astros and the Cubs and pulling off a winning road trip (5-4)?

Could start tonight with Zach "I own the Cubs" Duke.

I'd love to see 2/3 from the Cubbies, and just keep playing 2/3.

It would help though if Cutch starts hitting again. Nyger, An and Ad Laroche's bats are heating up now, looks like.

J Wilson's finger is fully healed and that coincides with him driving the ball (for him) again.

Some pieces could be coming together to push the NL Central a bit.

Gotta figure a way to make hay against the 'Stros though.

I watched the Cubs some over the weekend and they are not looking good at all. They looked a lot better before the season started.
