Well i picked Hire some thug to slap him upside the head but make sure no damage is done to his pitching arm because he just needs to get with it. Get out of Snell land and realize he isn't as good as he thinks he is, he needs a wake up call.

Snell has never had the extreme success nor the extreme wildness that Perez had.

I don't want to give up on him but being sent down may be just what he needs. And I want to see what Gorzo can do.

You can have the greatest teacher or pitching coach, but if the student refuses to learn (to pitch inside, particularly) the student will fail. We have too many guys like Snell and Gorzo (who may be coming around) who have refused to learn for many years. If I remember correctly Kerrigan is preaching the same sermon about pitching inside as the last two coaches. It seems that more are taking the lessons to heart with Kerrigan, but there will always be some who just can't or won't learn.

Gorzo seems to have gotten the message somewhat after being sent down. Snell needs the same lesson - at least in my opinion. And, if he can't or won't learn, there may well be someone out there who is arrogant enough to try to teach him. Remember the comments about what Rick Peterson would do for Ollie.
