That's all I've got.

I guessed McWilliams due almost solely to his 199 K season in 1983 or so ... Animal found that McWilliams averaged a pretty low 5.6 K's per 9 innings.

Thanks, Bucfan. Man, I forgot all about Paul Wagner. He was part of a rotation that included Steve Parris, John Ericks, and a young Jon Lieber.
